Tailored Program

These are available as 8 or 12 week programs, designed with your goals in mind.  Whether that’s weight loss, weight gain (muscle!), powerlifting, or strength and conditioning for your sport.  Initially we can have a phone, email or skype consultation where we will discuss your needs for the program and how we can implement it and set some goals that you would like to achieve.  I will then design the program and send it to you. You will have the opportunity to discuss any aspects of the program, ask for guidance on the exercises or discuss any possibly changes that we might want to make.   The program will be progressive and periodized in with the aim of hitting your goals.

If you would like to train as a couple or with a friend, single sessions are £45 and the same 5, 10 and 20% discounts apply for block bookings.
