Sports Science BSc
I studies sports science at the University of Leeds. I learnt a lot whilst I was here and this started my love affair with coaching as I learnt about the physiological and neurological aspects of training and development as well as the biomechanical and psychological aspects too. I started personal training while I was studying, but have come a long was as a coach since then! The university now employs me as a strength and conditioning coach, currently looking after the badminton, squash, cricket and waterpolo clubs.
Strength and Conditioning MSc
After my undergraduate and a year working as a PT I wanted to further my knowledge and develop myself as a strength and conditioning coach, studying at Teesside university. This Masters degree developed my knowledge that I had established in my undergraduate degree specialising in creating better athleticism and performance in sport, whether that’s strength, power, agility or endurance.
