WHAT I DO

CE Fitness provides personal training in Bingley at Chris’s own strength and conditioning gym, Bingley Barbell Club.  Chris works with a wide range of clients all with different starting points and end goals.  No matter how fit you are or aren’t, whether your goal is to get fit, build muscle, lose weight or improve sport performance he can help you reach and then exceed your goal!  If you’ve been injured and are looking to return to sport, or simply re build strength to return to normal function he can help too.
